Matt is the Transaction Services Director of Zenith Global, with nearly 20 years’ experience in the food and drinks industry.
In addition to sitting on the Zenith Global Board, Matt holds primary responsibility for all Zenith Global transaction services, including vendor, commercial and operational due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, buy and sell-side process advisory, acquisition and investment target searches and valuation work.
Matt has personally managed and directed numerous strategic and transaction advisory projects across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North America during the nine years he has been part of the Zenith Global leadership team. His experience prior to joining the company spans roles in both consultancy and industry. He worked for TNS and AC Nielsen where he was responsible for a number of large multi-national FMCG clients and has also worked for Unilever and Colgate Palmolive, specialising in market insight, category management and customer marketing. Matt holds a BA Hons in History from the University of Exeter.
