Industry tackles issues at UK Bottled Water Conference

19 speakers will address the key industry issues at the 27th annual UK Bottled Water Conference on 12th March 2019 at the Congress Centre in central London.

Plastic and sustainability will be the main topic for debate, with sessions dedicated to deposit return schemes and extended producer responsibility led by speakers from Cambridge University, Coca-Cola, Ecosurety, Greggs, Natural Hydration Council, Tesco, Tetra Pak, WRAP and WWF.

Innovation will also feature strongly, especially flavoured and functional waters, with Radnor Hills speaking about energy water, ACTIPH about alkaline ionised water, Almond about blockchain for FACT Water, Tudor Drinks about infused water and Rejuvenation Water about stress relief.

Market trends will be covered by Highland Spring, Kantar and Zenith Global.

Danone and Nestlé will complete the picture with presentations on brand building to reflect the theme of ‘Thirst for growth’.

The conference is organised by the leading specialist food and drink consultancy Zenith Global, with support from the British Soft Drinks Association and the Natural Hydration Council.  Tetra Pak is the Global Sponsor and Wet Global Engineering is Silver Sponsor.
