Michael Cervin has been the Senior Editor of BottledWaterWeb.com for 11 years writing about every aspect of the bottled water industry. He is the author of “Our World of Water: The Good, the Bad & and the Ugly of Earth’s Most Critical Resource,” and his own water blog, This World of Water. Michael has been both water judge and watermaster at the Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting for over a decade, and was invited by the Chinese government to participate in the Golden Headwater Protection Summit in Beijing, where he conducted water tastings for 80 Chinese media. He has also been a judge and presenter at the Global Bottled Water Awards in Prague. He has appeared on TV and in print as a water authority including Fox News Health, OT Television, The Tasting Panel, Draft, Food & Beverage World, Planet Experts, Water Quality Products Magazine, and many others.

Karen Wells, Managing Consultant at Zenith Global
Karen Wells is an experienced consultant with previous responsibility for the management of bespoke assignments in key markets throughout the world. These include market opportunity assessments, route-to-market, and channel distribution analysis, new product development and M&A studies. She has managed a wide range of bottled water and soft drinks projects worldwide over the past 8 years. Prior to joining Zenith in 2007, she was Export Sales Executive then National Account Manager for meat and poultry specialists Lloyd Maunder, where she was credited with rapidly expanding the company's retail sales both in UK and export markets.
Karen is fluent in English, German and French, and holds a BA Hons in Modern Languages and European Studies from the University of the West of England.

Tom Pullen, Chief Executive Officer at Innovinco
Tom started his career in the UK working at Boots, Mars and Danone, where he led the Evian, Volvic and Badoit brands. In 2009, he moved to Paris to head up marketing for the Evian brand in France, its home market. In 2011, he was appointed Global Innovation Director for Danone Waters, creating several commercially successful, award-winning innovations.
In 2017, Tom left Danone to create a game-changing new company, Innovinco: the one-stop shop for best-in-class innovation facilitation, consultancy and talent. Innovinco helps large companies accelerate innovation, in a world which is now moving at the supersonic speed of start-ups. Innovinco was recently selected to enter the highly prestigious Incubator programme at HEC Paris, and is based at Station F, the largest start-up campus in the world.

Lisa Strübbe, Senior Communications Manager at European Federation of Bottled Waters (EFBW)
Lisa Strübbe joined the European Federation of Bottled Waters (EFBW) in January 2015. In this role, she leads the communication and marketing activities of the association, representing almost 600 natural mineral and spring water producers in Europe.
From 2010 to 2014, Lisa was Communications Manager of an international NGO, encouraging sustainable water management practices among key water users. Prior to this, she advised large international companies from different sectors on strategic communications, brand and issue management as consultant in a full-service PR agency.
Lisa is a member of the European Association of Communication Directors and holds a degree in International Cultural and Business Studies from the University of Passau, Germany. She is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish.
