Tim Warrillow, Chief Executive Officer, Fever-Tree
Tim has a business management degree from Newcastle University, specialising in food marketing. During university he started his first business, a waitering agency. In 1998 he joined a London-based advertising and branding agency. Subsequently, he launched the Business Development Consultancy which included identifying opportunities in the premium food and drink sector. It was in this role that the made contact with Charles Rolls, which resulted in the formation of Fever-Tree.
Paul Graham, Managing Director Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd
Following a variety of commercial roles at both United Biscuits and Mars Confectionery, Paul Graham joined Britvic as GB General Manager in September 2012. He was then appointed GB Managing Director in April 2015. With over 25 years’ experience working with major FMCG companies, Graham leads the business in identifying the right trends and consumer insight to create a broad and relevant soft drinks portfolio that is fit for purpose today and in years to come.
Paul has a BSc in Management Sciences from Manchester University and is a member of the Executive Council of The British Soft Drinks Association.
Leendert den Hollander, Vice President and General Manager at Coca-Cola European Partners
Leendert den Hollander serves as Vice President and General Manager at Coca-Cola European Partners, Great Britain, since May 2014.
Leendert joined from Young’s Seafood Ltd, where he had been Chief Executive Officer since 2011. Previously, he was UK Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer of its parent company Findus group.
Earlier in his career, Leendert spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble in senior marketing positions including leading their Global Household Cleaners business.
He is President of The Institute of Grocery Distribution (IGD) as well as The British Soft Drinks Association (BSDA) and was elected by DEFRA as a member of the newly established Food & Drinks Sector Council.
A native of the Netherlands, Leendert was educated at Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
Nick Canney, Managing Director - UK & Ireland for Innocent Drinks
Nick joined innocent at the beginning of 2015 as the Managing Director for the UK&I business having lead both commercial and supply chain teams at Coca-Cola Enterprises and Cadbury.
The innocent promise to taste good and do good through their products and their actions was what was originally attracted and continues to inspire Nick in his role.
Claire Warner, Managing Director of Seedlip
Claire Warner (nee Smith) began her corporate career in 2003, joining the LVMH owned brand, Belvedere Vodka and was appointed Head of Spirit Creation and Mixology in 2009. In this role, Claire led the development of all new Belvedere expressions, as well as creating the global educational programmes for Belvedere. Belvedere was awarded ‘Vodka Producer of the Year’ in 2015, 2016 and 2017 by the International Spirit Challenge.
In 2015 Claire was awarded both Best International Brand Ambassador at Tales of the Cocktail, the ‘Oscar’s’ of the drinks industry, and Wine Spectator Ambassador of the year.
A tireless advocate for better health and wellness within the hospitality industry, Claire joined the alcohol-free world of Seedlip in January 2018 as Head of New Brands. In this role, Claire continues her mission to develop delicious drinks, regardless of their alcohol content, providing more sophisticated options for ‘what to drink when you’re not drinking’.
Claire is considered one of the most respected authorities on drinks worldwide and is regularly interviewed by industry and consumer magazines including The Telegraph, The Independent, The Sunday Times, The New York Times, GQ, Cosmopolitan, Cocktail Lovers, Wine Spectator, Drinks Business, among many others. Claire has also made several television appearances including the Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien, The Today Show and regularly on CONAN.
Craig Hutchison, Founder & CEO of Ceder's
As a previous drinks industry executive, Craig developed the strategy, built the structure, & implemented the RTM & brand plans for Pernod Ricard’s charge into Africa. Before that he was Strategy Director for Absolut, Malibu and Kahlua, driving the strategic plan & brand development strategy.
Since leaving the drinks world in 2015 he has been involved in business process outsourcing to Africa, setting up a values-based, people management web-platform, and consulting. He also presents on futurology; how our lives are going to change dramatically over the coming decades.
Early 2017, Craig (South African) and his wife Maria (Swedish) discovered a magical valley, home to many intriguing botanicals, in the Cederberg mountains, just north of Cape Town. The valley, which they now co-own, inspired them to distil rare Cape & classic gin botanicals, and then blend with pristine Swedish water. The result is CEDER’S, a distilled non-alcoholic alt-gin, your Everyday Escape.
Johannes Le Roux, Founder of The Duchess
Johannes Le Roux is the Founder of The Duchess Drinks Company, the new market leaders in developing alcohol-free adult drinks.
Johannes is an entrepreneur at heart, with a passion for conceptualising, developing and building innovative (and often disruptive) beverage brands.
Following his studies at the University of Cape Town in South Africa, he then decided to join a start-up advertising agency. This creative and flexible environment suited his creative approach and provided the ideal platform for him to explore the beverage world.
In early 2016, whilst traveling in Amsterdam, he observed the global phenomena in the growth of Gin sales, whilst at the same time, a major shift towards low sugar and alcohol free drinks. This lead to the incubation of ‘The Duchess’, the world’s first alcohol free gin & tonic. Building on the success in South Africa, The Duchess has launched in the UK, Belgium and Sweden.
Johannes aims to be a global market leader in the development of alcohol free adult drinks, a category set to explode internationally over the next few years.
Simon and Helena Hills, Founders of TrueStart Coffee

Tim Lennox, CEO of No.1 Kombucha
Tim Lennox is a brand builder and entrepreneur with years of experience in the industry.
Lennox started his career in Management Consulting after obtaining a Masters from Cambridge University in Manufacturing Engineering, Management & Design. He joined the Sainsbury’s team in 2003, where he established himself as a vital cog in the marketing team, which includes spending seven years overseeing the ‘Own Brand’ range and heading up Sainsbury’s sponsorship of the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
Having worked in grocery most of his working life, Lennox has vast experience collaborating with distributors, foodservice companies and the on-Trade sector.
Alongside No.1 Kombucha Founder Jonny Wilkinson, Lennox is passionate about developing products that put health and wellbeing first and are designed to help people thrive. Nothing pleases him more than walking down the street and seeing someone with a bottle of No.1 Kombucha in their hand!
Kamila Sitwell, Co-founder of Kolibri Drinks
Kamila Sitwell is a passionate trend spotter for the UK Eating Out market with thousands following her widely popular blogs Divine Eating Out and Bespoke.World. She’s also an author of bestselling book “Bespoke. How to radically grow your bar and restaurant business through personalisation”.
With a decade of hands-on experience collaborating with hospitality influencers and insight experts, advising on soft drinks category and market solutions, and background in setting strategies for leading brands, Kamila has become the industry champion for truly bespoke and guest-centric experiences. So much so, she recently launched Kolibri – the world’s first bottled soft drink that one can tailor to taste.
Kolibri is the only brand in market which provides consumers with the ability to customise the amount of sugar they consume through custom-designed and patented bottlecap. The bespoke product was born from growing public concern about added sugar in drinks. Rebekah Hall, Founder of Botanic Lab
Rebekah is the CEO and Founder of Botanic Lab, the innovative drinks business making waves in the UK market, with products taking over the shelves of Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Ocado, Eat, Gail’s and many more retailers. Since 2014, her strategic vision and business acumen have been the driving force behind Botanic Lab, bringing innovation to the drinks market and catapulting the business to success in a very competitive landscape.
She says, “I’m no health pin up. Our products were developed for someone just like me. Yes, I’m health aware, but with the best will in the world I drink, never restrict what I eat and don’t have time to devote my existence to food prep and gym selfies. I won’t feel guilty about that. Paul Martin, Director at Food and Beverage Brands and Principal Consultant at Zenith Springboard
Paul has been in the food and drinks industry for over 35 years and been a shareholder and board director of since 1990.
As a Sales and Marketing led CEO Paul has created and developed brands including Harrogate Spring Water and Thirsty Planet. He has also developed brands and strategies for the leading UK food retailers.
Paul is now working with Start-Ups and more recently has set up Food and Beverage Brands which offers end-to-end Sales and Marketing services for both UK and overseas brands.
Claire Nuttall, Managing Director of The Brand Incubator
