European Point of Use industry taps into success
With market growth of 30% in 2002, the European point of use drinking water industry is confident of attracting its biggest ever attendance at its fourth annual trade fair on 17th and 18th September in London.
More exhibition space has been booked than for 2002, which itself drew a record 330 delegates.
The 2003 event also features a full business and social programme including a conference, a series of workshops and an industry dinner. It will be held at the Novotel London West Conference and Exhibition Centre in Hammersmith, with easy access for cars, the Underground and Heathrow.
Picking up the overall theme of "Tapping into Success", the keynote address will be delivered by Peter Censky, Executive Director of the Water Quality Association from the United States, where the market is far more advanced than in Europe. Other topics include European market development, water treatment standards, direct marketing, installation options for home connection, working with water utilities, complementing bottled water coolers, management techniques and new technology.
The event is being sponsored by leading industry supplier Tana Water, which manufactures point of use water coolers as well as operating an international installation and service network. Established in 1971 and specialising in ultraviolet technology for water purification, Tana Water has achieved market leadership in Israel and now employs a team of 200 people. The organisers are leading industry consultants Zenith International and programme details will be available on www.zenithinternational.com
