The investor approached Zenith Global with a mandate to perform commercial and operational due diligence of an established bakery producer in the Middle East.

The commercial due diligence focused on determining the current and future prospects of the markets and sectors company operates in, as well as the performance and prospects for the company in these markets.

The scope for the operational due diligence focused on the site and requirements to recommence production – in terms of both estimated time and budget – following a previous incident which temporarily impacted the production process. The Zenith Global report also highlighted opportunities for reconfiguring the factory to increase production efficiency.
