A long-term client approached Zenith Global for assistance in finding a suitable target company for full acquisition, in order to expand its water bottling capacity and geographic footprint through entering a new territory.
Zenith Global used its extensive bottled water knowledge to undertake a dedicated search based on specific criteria agreed through discussions with the client. The first stage deliverable was a potential list of targets, detailing each company’s individual attributes and recommending particular companies based on a clear understanding of the client’s long term strategic goals for the investment.
Further discussions led to the selection of a shortlisted number of companies. Zenith Global introduced its client to the potential target companies, scheduled meetings, and accompanied the client in order to facilitate discussions. A deeper assessment of a selection of these companies enabled the client to progress with one of the targets, resulting in the acquisition of the European bottled water company.
