Project management of build of new facility

MAM Foodco, a privately-owned food company based in Dubai, UAE engaged Zenith Global to provide overall Project Management services from technical feasibility through to commissioning and handover of the new facility.

MAM Foodco planned to increase its manufacturing capacity through the development of a new factory in Dubai; Zenith Global managed the processes of obtaining permits and approvals, tender processing, qualification of suppliers, equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and handover.
