DETECTING DEHYDRATION
A UK survey published last month found that 96 per cent of office workers are habitually dehydrated.
83 per cent admitted that being thirsty affects their productivity.
Only 27 per cent check the colour of their urine, just 7 per cent notice when it's an odd colour and fewer still know what that means.
Actually, it's incredibly simple. Urine should be a light straw colour. If it's darker, you're dehydrated.
So please raise a glass of water to the new UK consumer campaign called Keep It Light!
