PIZZA IN ICE CREAM CONE SHAPE

True innovation always stands out. Here’s one that leaped off the page at me. I saw it in the March 2010 issue of Alimarket from Spain. It’s pizza in a cone, from a company appropriately called Coneinn! It’s not actually that new, because the announcement was of five variants to an existing range. But I hadn’t spotted it before. If you are looking for something even zanier, I read recently about a restaurant serving only cheese based dishes on the menu. The strangest item by far was a Roquefort flavoured ice cream, though not in a cone.
