About the event
This 18th annual Global Water Drinks Congress is regarded as the highest level and most influential forum for the global water drinks industry.
It is designed for industry leaders, suppliers, customers and advisers to gain a complete overview of the latest market trends, developments, innovations and issues, alongside extensive networking opportunities.
The Congress will feature two days of conference sessions, alongside a tour of Highland Spring’s bottling facilities, a welcome drinks reception, a gala industry dinner featuring the 2020 Global Water Drinks Awards, and dedicated networking breaks.
Leading international and regional manufacturers, industry suppliers and advisers will present on the latest market and strategic developments, as well as topical issues ranging from packaging and sustainability to water stewardship and innovation.
Speakers at the 2020 event included all five leading international producers – Coca-Cola, Danone, Nestlé, Niagara and PepsiCo – alongside other market leaders from Bisleri in India to Minalba in Brazil. Top industry suppliers, Ball, Bericap, Sidel and Tetra Pak also presented, with further insights shared by Kantar, KPMG, Talking Rain, TerraCycle, Voss and more.

Location and hotel
One of the Leading Hotels of the World, Gleneagles was host to the G8 summit of world leaders in 2005 and golf's Ryder Cup in 2014. It has 3 championship golf courses, Scotland's only restaurant with 2 Michelin stars and an award-winning spa.
The 850-acre Gleneagles estate is 1 hour's drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow airports. It has its own railway station.
For delegates wishing to book accommodation, an allocation of rooms at The Gleneagles Hotel is available at negotiated rates from 18-21 October on a strictly first-come, first-served basis. The room rate per night is £335.

Substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations will be subject to £150 + VAT administration charge per delegate and cannot be made after 7 September. Bookings are subject to Zenith Global Event Terms and Conditions, available here. All delegates must pay UK VAT at the prevailing rate, currently 20%.
If the coronavirus pandemic prevents Zenith Global from hosting the in-person event at Gleneagles in October, the event will take place online. Delegates will then have the option to cancel their booking with a full refund or convert to the virtual event, receiving a refund of the difference between the in-person and virtual rates.
Visas may be required from some countries. Zenith Global will be happy to help with visa support and documents where possible.
