The conference also includes speakers from India, Japan and Nigeria as well as other European countries. Under the theme of Dairy 2.0, the programme will cover market trends, emerging opportunities, leadership perspectives, society demands, innovation, entrepreneurs and investment.
Organised by specialist food and drink industry consultancy Zenith International, the event is sponsored by industry supplier Bericap.
“This will provide unrivalled opportunities for market insights and international networking at the most senior industry level,” commented Zenith International Chairman Richard Hall.
“Now in its 9th year, the Global Dairy Congress is intended for industry leaders, suppliers, customers and advisers to gain a complete overview of the latest trends and thinking across all continents from top companies in each region as well as some of the brightest new start-up entrepreneurs.
“Our Dairy 2.0 theme will help focus on how dairy is being repositioned to take advantage of new trends and what the future holds in terms of market growth and innovation. We are delighted to be returning to Amsterdam, which was the location for our first Global Dairy Congress in 2006.”
