Tax attacks : Global Soft Drinks Congress update

A new addition to the programme for the Global Soft Drinks Congress on 26 to 28 April in Verona has been announced in response to the recent UK proposal for a tax on sugary drinks.

The President of the International Council of Beverages Associations Jim Goetz, who is also President of the Canadian Beverage Association, will update delegates on “Tax attacks : Alternatives for addressing obesity.”

This will give those attending the opportunity to weigh up the developing debate on health and product innovation around the world.
