Zenith acquisition for 15th Anniversary
15 years to the day since its formation on 28th March 1991, specialist food and drink industry consultancy Zenith International celebrated the anniversary with an acquisition and the announcement of a new joint venture covering the Americas.
The acquisition involves the purchase of two sales analysis services for soft drinks and bottled water from Manx Information Systems based in the United Kingdom.
The joint venture cements a long standing association with Beverage Marketing Corporation of New York, focusing on the development of new market databases in North and South America.
"Zenith has grown to a team of some 50 people and overall sales in 2005 exceeded £3 million for the first time," commented Chairman Richard Hall.
"Our challenge now is to deepen our specialist expertise across the food and drink sector as well as broaden our geographic presence. These two developments represent important steps in the next phase of our expansion.
"Manx Information Systems and Beverage Marketing Corporation both have excellent reputations and we are delighted to be working more closely with them," he concluded.
