Zenith launches Dashboard for water delivery businesses
A new expert advisory service for the water cooler home and office delivery service sector is being launched today by specialist consultancy Zenith International. It will be led by one of the industry’s top businessmen and former Chairman of the International Council of Bottled Water Associations, Steve Keim.
Zenith Dashboard will literally inform and guide managers on all the key performance indicators of an office services or water cooler delivery business. These will include systems audits, best practice templates, benchmarking with industry standards, mentoring, marketing support, technical solutions and a helpline for more immediate advice. Additional services will include financial accounting, legal, recruitment and staffing expertise.
“There are thousands of family owned water cooler home and office delivery businesses around the world. Some have been extremely successful, but many don’t have easy access to the specialist knowledge that makes all the difference between financial pressure and profitable growth,” commented Zenith Dashboard Principal Consultant Steve Keim.
Steve Keim has unparalleled experience of the sector. In Australia, he was Managing Director of Neverfail and President of the Australasian Bottled Water Association. In the United States, he was President of Sierra Spring, President of Belmont Springs, COO of Primo and served on the Board of the International Bottled Water Association. He also successfully developed his own consulting business.
Zenith International is the largest consultancy that specialises in the water cooler home and office delivery sector, providing market analysis and technical services for over 20 years,” added Zenith Chairman Richard Hall. “In North America and Europe, growth has slowed and competition has increased, while costs have risen and technology has improved. So the challenges for independent operators are broader and more complex than ever before.”
“We’ll take any initial enquiry on the phone or by e-mail in confidence and without charge,” added Steve Keim. “If additional work is required, we’ll then try to create a low cost package that will provide a demonstrable return. The opportunities for improved growth and profitability are there for any company willing to apply best practice operating principles.”
Zenith Dashboard will begin operations in North America, but will also take advantage of Zenith’s network of consulting associates across 70 countries as necessary. Further information about Zenith Dashboard is available on www.zenithinternational.com.
